Intellese set out to create a system that would allow small mineral interest owners to understand their revenue and production information at a high level, and empower them to get as granular with that data as they would like without losing sight of the big picture. The result of that endeavor is the Intellese Revenue Dashboard, with which anyone (from a small landowner with one well on their family farm to corporations with hundreds of producing assets spread across the country) is able to quickly visualize and understand their oil & gas royalty interest, orri, and/or working interest revenue without the cost associated with a traditional database and reporting products. The revenue dashboard is broken into three sections:
Income Summary
The income summary section of the revenue dashboard provides users with an overall look at their net revenue as well as Revenue by property, Revenue by month, and Revenue by interest type.
Each chart, graph, and table of the income summary is able to be filtered by property, by interest type, by month, by year, by interest holder, by revenue remitter, and even by individual check numbers.
Income Details
The income details section of the revenue dashboard gives users a line by line tabular look at every income and deduction item from their revenue statements in a more focused fashion than other services may provide. Users are presented with eight succinct columns, which can each be sorted by. Users can also filter the table to specific properties, product types, income types, deduction types, remitters, and by a specific date range. Additionally, a dynamic search function allows users to quickly find data without messing with sorting and filter.
Production Summary
The production summary section of the revenue dashboard enables users to quickly visualize gross and net production values for properties where they hold an interest. Users can filter this production information by property name, product type, and date range.
